We provide comprehensive eyecare for all ages and eyes. Dr Manalo conducts eye examinations for eyeglasses and contact lenses and evaluation and treatment for medical conditions, such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eyes, infections, as well as many other eye-related issues. Since 2014 we've been honored to be a part of the South SF community.
Dr. Katherine Manalo, OD practices primary eye care optometry, including eye disease evaluation and management for diabetes, glaucoma and cataracts. She obtained her doctorate at the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry and has been in practice for over 10 years. In the clinic, Dr. Manalo examines for visual disorders and medical conditions and provides appropriate treatment. She is an avid supporter of natural health, nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle for overall well-being and disease prevention. She also lives a vegan lifestyle, and is a companion to four furry felines.
If you are a new patient (i.e. never been seen for an exam) and would like to schedule an annual exam, please click here to schedule online. If you are a previous patient, please note you will already have an established patient portal, which you can login into here to schedule an appointment. If your desired appointment time is not listed or if you would like a same day appointment, please call the number below. To schedule a contact lens exam, please select "Comprehensive CL Exam", otherwise select "Comprehensive Exam". If you are planning to use insurance for your appointment, we will call you to obtain your insurance information. Only routine comprehensive exams and contact lens exams can be scheduled online. If you have any issues including dryness, allergy, infection, red eyes or anything that is not routine, please call to schedule an appointment.
